Begin With the End in Mind

In the end, you only regret the chances you didn't take.
You want something but you're not willing to do everything to get it, maybe you don't want it bad enough.
Action speaks louder than words. Less talk, more action.
Remember DREAMING is one thing and DOING is another thing because dreaming without action is just a wish. It’s just like knowing but not applying, it’s useless.
It's what separates those who make things happen from those who let things happen.
You can't get to the moon by just staring at it.
You wouldn't know if the moonlight does shine on Paris by just listening to the song.
You'll never know unless you try, you may cry but you won't die.
It won't be easy but it will all be worth it.
If you want it, then by all means go get it! Do whatever it takes!
There's no such thing as something for nothing.
Don't worry, God is watching.

FEAR

Let’s define FEAR.
Fear has a lot of definitions but let me choose this one concise meaning of fear. Fear is a False Evidence Appearing Real. It is what incapacitates us. It constricts everything that we can’t perform well. It's a hindrance to success or achieving our goals in life. It won't bring us any further, it hampers our growth. It steals from us our chance of achieving our full potential and being in places that we've never imagined before.

BUT, there are actually two other meanings of F.E.A.R.:

First, is...

F - Forget
E - Everything
A - And
R - Run

Here, we simply give up and give in to what is temporary only to realize we’ve lost something really important that we can no longer take back.

The latter is...

F - Face
E - Everything
A - And
R - Rise

Here, we're being decisive and more objective. We overcome challenges and do what's necessary. We take courage instead of fear.

Having fear is normal. It’s okay to feel fear; it makes us human although, we shouldn't let it stop us. Someone once said, “There’s nothing to fear but fear itself.”

It's a matter of perspective and attitude to focus more on the beauty of positivism and having the winning attitude. It breaks us or makes us.

Now, which do you choose? Taking the leap of faith or play it safe? However I tell you, instead of having fear, take courage, take ACTION. You have to act NOW and you have to act fast. After all, people regret more on the things they haven’t done and wished they did than what they’ve done and wished they never did. Nevertheless, you can either take chances or stay on your shell (comfort zone). It's still up to you. =)

Just a Thought

Seriousness, Focus, and Productivity
Do these words even enter your minds from time to time or all you focus most of the time are the wrong things, perhaps even all the time? Well at least for some, I think they still do. For some people who have dreams and aspirations, those three are in common into them. When we have a goal, success for example, we have to give attention to some necessary ideas in life. Few of which can be detailed one by one.

Let’s play it cool but we can’t deny the fact that certain amount of seriousness to things is essential towards success, in such a way that we commit on it every day. In everything that we do, it has to be towards success. A mentor once told me, “If you want it badly, you have to work on it so badly/hardly, every single day.” We can’t make any excuses. We have to be dead serious about it if we want to make it happen to us. It happened to others, why can’t we?

Being serious about something entails a lot of focus, to focus on the right things. Here is the crucial part because if our focus is wrong, our learning will also be wrong. We have to remember what the successful network marketer kept on repeating on her talk, “Whatever you focus on grows.”If we kept on feeding the negative thought, it will manifest in our lives. If it’s the opposite, we’ll have the convenience of having a positive life. We have to focus on the right things, not on the negative circumstances - don't make a monument out of them, make a moment and then move on.

Having a goal, focus and concentration is indispensable. To get it done, we need to create a sense of urgency in us, focusing on the power of now in order to gain momentum! We have to control distractions, protecting our state of mind is very important to have a clear thought to make sound decisions. After all, FOCUS means one thing: FOLLOWING ONE COURSE UNTIL SUCCESSFUL and when we focus, it should be LASER focused. Focusing on the things that matters is all that matters.

Finding something right and directing all our energy, effort and time to ONE goal drives us to being productive. Being productive every single day takes the unnecessary things away. “Don't let a day pass unproductive; it would be such a waste of time.” Things that are easy to say but hard to do that’s why I’m no excuse to this and so I also keep on reminding myself on this. It only takes a habit to master productivity. Being busy does not tantamount to being productive, as an article says being "BUSY" nowadays isn't respectable anymore.

Try to read on this: http://www.tylerwardis.com/busy-isnt-respectable-anymore/ Need I say more? We are all busy in what we do but we have to remember, there are only two people on this world that are busy: one is busy doing nothing or does not count while the other is busy making the most of their lives. The good news is we got to choose and it’s never too late to start again now. Being just “busy” or really busy has a big difference but I think it’s safe to say let’s choose to be productive rather than busy. How? Start with a plan. It saves ten minutes of execution. The clock is ticking and time is gold, save it.

“YOLO or You Only Live Once,” an often misused statement by people who only think about fun, not thinking on its consequences. Indeed those statements are very true but let’s use it wisely. Happiness is important but living a fulfilled life is equally significant, living a life not only for ourselves but also for others. Let’s focus on the journey with considerable amount of seriousness meeting the productivity we need. We’re on this journey where we can only live once but when we live it right, once is still enough. Let’s make our time worth it.
